I picked up indoor and outdoor cycling when I moved to Nashville from Boston in 2011. Since mid-2013, I have been leading indoor cycling classes in Nashville, and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. I also cycle outdoors with friends and local road-riding groups on weekends, and I am a proud member of the Indoor Cycling Association.

Every class presents challenges that we must overcome, and it is by overcoming those challenges that we improve both physically and mentally. You would be surprised how much you can accomplish and how much fun you can have on a stationary bike! Whether your goal is improve your cardiovascular fitness, to lose weight, to get stronger, to try something new, or just enjoy some eclectic music, Spinning® is for you! Also, if you have never done Spin® before, don’t worry! I will make sure you get set up correctly on your bike, that you have a comfortable and fun ride, and that you leave each class wanting to come back again.
In general, my classes run the gamut from “training”-based classes, to holiday-themed, or “name that tune” rides, to race simulations. Sometimes we even compete for prizes! So get ready to have a fun ride that keeps you on your toes, even as you work hard to “push your edge.”
