Loving fitness is my thing. Passionate living is my thing! I look for adventure, gratitude, great food, and good energy in each day.
I began my career in healthcare/IT working with physicians and clinic staff at various clinics around the country, teaching new medical charting systems and being a change management agent. In the midst of my very corporate, routine lifestyle I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer, and quickly learned that I could also be a change management agent in the fitness industry. I loved it so much I leaped into fitness training full-time in 2016, and have been flying ever since, exploring different ways to motivate and inspire people as I grow from my peers and mentors — lovely cycle!
I teach group fitness classes, am a personal trainer, and am also training to become a certified Pilates instructor. I promote health, wellness, and self-acceptance. Most importantly, I am the world’s greatest nacho-lover, whether they’re on chips or tater tots. :
