Lisa was first introduced to yoga when she was 17 and living in North Carolina pursuing a professional ballet career. After moving to Nashville in 2010, Lisa was re-introduced to yoga. Since then she has been dedicated to her practice and completed her first 200 hour teacher training with emPower School of Yoga in April 2015. In April 2016 she completed her second 200 hour teacher training with Kali Yuga Youniversity. She loves the way the body can move and her classes are influenced by her many years of ballet training. Yoga is her way of connecting mind, body, and spirit, and she loves sharing that with her students.
