My classes will always have a theme, whether it’s a musical genre or songs used in a popular reality TV show; we’re going to ride with purpose and have a fun soundtrack. We’ll laugh, we’ll sweat, we may even have a sing-a-long, and we’ll always have a good time! I can’t wait to see you at the bike!
Physical fitness was never stressed in my household growing up. It wasn’t until my early 20s that I realized I was going down an incredibly unhealthy and dangerous path. At 23 I decided to start training for a triathlon because you either go big or go home, right? This was my first introduction to the world of cycling. Though I have yet to compete in my first triathlon, my frame work for a physical fitness routine has been set.
Indoor cycling has helped me find a workout that works for me and has given me both the energy and confidence to spread my wings and try different work outs like our studio’s killer BarreAmped and yoga classes.
