I started off as a long time client at BarreAmped Nashville and quickly fell in love with all of the classes offered at Studio 51st. I have 15 years of dance experience and have always loved a good cardio workout to even better music. I love everything from Barre, Zumba, kickboxing, to spinning. After my first Bounce class, however, I was hooked. I started taking Bounce classes 3-5 times per week, and I couldn’t get enough! For me, it was the perfect blend of high energy music and hard work masked by the fun you’re having on the trampoline. I loved what I was doing so much, I knew I wanted to learn the technique and share it with others.
I’m a nurse practitioner by training, and truly believe in making an active lifestyle fun to maintain for overall well-being. Bounce is such an amazing cardiovascular workout that also helps to eliminate toxins by increasing lymphatic flow throughout the body. You will leave feeling energized, refreshed, and ready for more!
