YogaRestore is a 60 minute restorative class paired with music and movement to reset the body for the upcoming week. A mix of vinyasa flow with restorative and yin properties to work on the deep, dense connective tissues of the body, which are difficult to energize and open. This is the perfect class to start your week and reenergize your body.
