Book our classic BOUNCE class for 45 minutes of choreographed cardio and total-body strengthening using a mini fitness trampoline, light weights, and form-focused sculpting exercises.
Try a 55 minute BOUNCE+Sculpt class to sweat and sculpt in an extended version of our classic BOUNCE class. Enjoy an added emphasis on total-body sculpting and strengthening.
Tight on time or want to double up on classes? BOUNCE Blast is a 30 minute heart-pumping cardio blast that will give you a major endorphin boost!
